GHIDA trade fair
The regional trade fair every two years. The 11th GHIDA took place on 6 and 7 October 2018 in the sports hall on Lessingstraße, with 50 stands and local clubs. Free admission.
Dassel grillt an
A barbecue festival for the whole town in the Luisenpark, first held in 2017 and again on 5 May 2018. Free admission.
Festival of lights
The Lichterkettenfest in Advent, for example on 25 November 2016 from 6 pm at Obere Straße / Mackenser Straße. The association also collects donations for the town's Christmas lights.
